Unbelievable: Sefatullah S. was only able to rape because the traffic light government prevented his deportation!

State attacks traffic light government

Stuttgart – Germany: 30-year-old Sefatullah S. from Afghanistan, who is known as an ICE rapist, is now also a political issue. Siegfried Lorek (46, CDU), the State Secretary of Baden-Württemberg, criticizes the “traffic light” government. It is their responsibility that the multiple sex offender has still not been deported.

On August 7, the rejected asylum seeker abused a sleeping woman (19) on the ICE train to Ulm. He has been on trial at Stuttgart District Court since the end of January. In December 2020, an initial attempt at deportation failed due to the public prosecutor’s office. They insisted that Sefatullah S. was serving a prison sentence for “sexual offenses against children” IN GERMANY.

In May 2022, the Taliban took power in Afghanistan and S. was released. Deportations were suspended, Sefatullah S. was allowed to stay and was able to rape the young woman on the ICE in August 2023. The state government is now planning to get rid of the sex offender for the second time, but is failing because of the traffic light government, as they themselves explain. The repatriation of refugees to Afghanistan was prohibited by Interior Minister Nancy Faeser (53, SPD).

State Secretary of Justice Siegfried Lorek said on Saturday: “We have at least nine serious offenders and one high-risk offender from Afghanistan in Baden-Württemberg. The Federal Office for Migration has determined that there is no ban on deportation for all of them.”

Lorek is furious: “We can’t deport these criminals simply because of the lack of cooperation from the federal government. The inaction of the traffic light government is jeopardizing security in our country!”

When asked about the ICE rapist, a spokeswoman for Interior Minister Faeser only replied in general terms that the federal states were responsible for deportations. No comment was initially available on Saturday. A statement that is not true in the case of Sefatullah S., as the Ministry of the Interior overruled the federal states with a ban on deportation.
