Since the brutal Hamas attack on the Jewish settlements in October 2023, the photo of the three deceased girls has been circulating online. It is claimed in tweets, Instagram stories, YouTube and Facebook that these girls were killed by Israeli soldiers.
The check:
According to Google Images reverse search, this image first appeared in November 2022. According to research, this image generally has nothing to do with the conflict between Israel and Palestine, and Israel is not responsible for the deaths of these three girls.
Conclusion:
Hamas supporters and anti-Semites are now spreading this photo almost daily with the insinuation that the girls died at the hands of Israel. It is not possible to determine exactly how the girls died, as the Facebook page with the original post no longer exists. Only the storage on Google Images with a short text in Turkish has been preserved as the oldest photo of the three girls found to date. It can therefore be said with 100% certainty that the tweets and stories circulated are all fictitious and should therefore be classified as fake news.
